Beside the internationally recognized flags, prescribed by the Law
on the Croatian Red Cross, the Croatian Red Cross, as a national organization, has other emblems prescribed in Article 2 of its Statutes
(textx).
The flag of the Croatian Red Cross is prescribed
rather vaguely, as a white, rectangular or
square flag with the Red Cross emblem in its centre, the emblem
proportional to the flag size, with the name of the national society
inscribed either horizontally in the lower third of the flag or (as it
is almost exclusively seen in use, photo) circularly around the emblem within
two concentric circles. The inscription may also be "in an other
language of the International Movement of the Red Cross and Rec
Crescent".
