In 2019, the municipality of Nazaret-Illit changed its name to Nof HaGalil meaning "View of the Galilee".
The same year, it adopted a new flag and logo. In my visit the year following, I noticed its usage very
commonly in the streets. It consists of a purple field with its coat of arms and text reading its new name
in Hebrew script. I should note I am unsure of the actual font on the municipal flag.
Image can be seen here (picture).
The government of Nof HaGalil uses a variant of its flag without text, and its coat of arms is placed diagonally to appear upright in photos. Image can be seen here.

Nazerat Illit (pronounced Natzeret/Natzrat Ilit,
meaning Upper Nazareth) is situated on the top of a mountain in
Lower Galilee, over 500 m above sea level, near the city of Nazareth in the Lower Galilee, 38 km
east of the port city of Haifa 30 km
west of Tiberias, 110 km from Tel Aviv and 165 km from Jerusalem. Est. 1954 Local Council since
1963 and Municipality since 1974, pop. 50'000. It is the joint
capital of the North District.
The unofficial flag shows the municipal emblem on purple, as can
be seen behind the Mayor in this
photograph [retrieved]. The municipal emblem was published in the
official gazette (Rashumot), YP 2057, 24 October 1974.
It replaced the previous emblem of the Local Council Nazareth
Ilit, published YP 1277, 19 May 1966.

I guess that the main object at the emblem (and which gave the
city flag its color) was supposed to be the local flower Irus
Natzerati (Iris bismarckiana) [retrieved], however, this
flower is white and the flower in the emblem is Irus
HaGilboa (Iris haynei) [retrieved].

with many photos of the flag.
Since I had a chance to inspect the flag from close range, the
inscription isn't the city name but "Israel" in Hebrew
and English.
