شرکت تولیدی و صنعتی عقاب افشان (English: Oghab (Aqab) Afshan Industrial and Manufacturing Co.) is a bus manufacturer based in Semnan, Iran, established in 2002, first as a sales representative of Scania (official website: http://scania.com/ ) and then registered as a Joint Stock Company. They use Scania chassis and engines to construct their buses and they are sold under the Oghab-Scania brand.
