"The NATO Training Mission-Afghanistan (NTM-A) is a multinational military organisation, activated in November 2009, tasked with providing a higher-level training for Afghan National Security Forces (ANSF), which include the Afghan National Army (ANA), the Afghan National Police (ANP) and the Afghan Air Force (AAF), including defense colleges and academies, as well as being responsible for doctrine development, and training and advising Afghan National Police (ANP). NTM-A trains, advises, and assists ANSF training literacy and medical capabilities in order to support the creation of a capable and enduring force that protects the Afghan population and denies safe havens to the insurgency. The Flag

There's this picture (Source: https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.364401654552.187316.267816944552&type=3) published on February 24, 2010, which shows, from left to right, the actual flag labeled as UFE 12-66 ( ufe12c.html#12-66 ) fourth flag from left to right. Also, one can see in this picture a rather particular NATO flag (third flag from left to right), showing the NATO logo in what seems to be the outline of the map of Afghanistan in white. There's also another flag that has the same pattern, seen here: http://article.wn.com/view/2014/01/16/Air_chief_praises_progress_during_first_Afghanistan_visit_Ro This is then supposed to be the first version of the NATO Training Mission-Afghanistan.
The other flag of NTM-A is a horizontal blue flag with the logo as seen here (Source: https://www.flickr.com/photos/ntm-a_cstc-a/7602115694/  )
