Shield Or with base wavy of Argent and Azure, an embattled tower Gules masoned Sable with roof Azure and port Argent, flanked by two watermill's wheels Azure. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black initials "RIO DE MOINHOS - ARCOS DE VALDEVEZ".
Meaning:
The name of the commune means "river of mills", which is the Vez River, the wheels and the base wavy together are thus canting.
