Shield Or, an eradicated oak Sable, leaved Vert and capsuled Argent. Mural crown Argent with four visible towers (town rank) and white scroll with inscription in black capitals "CARVALHO - PENACOVA".
Meaning:
The arms are canting, bacause "carvalho" is an "oak".
