Shield Gules with base wavy of Argent and Azure, sailing on base a rowing boat Or, in chief a sword Argent hilted Or and pointing downwards, flanked by two grapevines Or leaved Argent. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black capitals "SEBOLIDO - PENAFIEL".
Meaning:
The sword is an attribute of St. Paul, the local patron saint.
