Shield Argent, two flails of Gules and Azure crossed per saltire, in chief an elm's leaf Vert, in base a railway profile Azure. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black capitals "GRANJA DO ULMEIRO".
Meaning:
The elm (Port.: ulmeiro) leaf is a canting element.
