The flag of the South Sudan People's
Liberation Army has three horizontal stripes of black, red and green. In
the centre on the red stripe is the army badge in colour in the centre of a
white disc.

I found a photo of a South Sudan circular roundel based on the South Sudan
flag which is a roundel of the formerly Sudan People's Liberation Army (SPLA)
air force before its independence which can read from the roundel. I still
cannot find the roundel of South Sudan People's Defence Force air force since
2018.
