The Gonfalon

From the site of Ukrainian Heraldry:
"In 1991 the session of the town council approved the gonfalon: a rectangular canvas with a ratio of the sides: 1:1. In a yellow field there is a picture of the "Eye of Providence". The gonfalon has in top and in bottom a dark blue edging. The width of edging is 1/10 of the width of the gonfalon".

The City

From the site of Ukrainian Heraldry:
"City in Lviv Oblast. The first mention refers to 1440. The name has its origin from the oak-tree forests which were of a great number in this region. The first well known seal "Dubliany Community", chosen by the village inhabitants, appears in documents of the year 1866 and represents a religious symbol - "An eye of Provision"".
