Identity Evropa is a white supremacist group founded by Nathan Damigo in
2016. Damigo led the National Youth Front (the youth wing of the American
Freedom Party) until it was disbanded. Apparently headquartered in Oakdale,
California, Identity Evropa, although a relatively small group, has been
identified as a racist white supremacist organization by the Anti-Defamation
League and is designated by the Southern Poverty Law Center as a hate group. It
focuses on recruiting disaffected college-aged, white students with what they
call "race realism." They especially target college campuses by distributing
white nationalist slogans on fliers, posters, and stickers, often describing
themselves as a fraternity or social club.
As part of the broader white
nationalist Alt-Right Movement, their flags were prominently displayed at the
nationally televised Charlottesville Riots of 2017.

In summer 2017, the movement flags were offered for sale from their website
for a short time. The colors were officially described as white and teal, but
the latter often seems to incline somewhat towards blue. The depicted symbol is
called "Dragon's Eye" [1] and may be depicted either in form of an equilateral
triangle, or an isosceles triangle with width larger than height, as Rudolf Koch
originally depicted it in "The Book of Signs" [2]; the photos of flying flags
[3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8] usually do not allow for clear recognition of the shape, but
the movement is known to use both variants of the standalone symbol, so the same
might be true for the flags as well. The symbol looks off-center, much closer to
bottom than top edge of the flag, but it was done in order to make its geometric
center as close to the flag center as possible.
