Fenwick's flag is clearly inspired by the flag of Connecticut, being a near
copy besides the fact that the coat of arms is a bit simplified and that the
scroll reads "FENWICK" instead. I am not sure of the exact reason this flag
exists, but I am guessing a reason might be related to golf tourism over there,
as we can see on the website of the borough (archived)
https://www.boroughoffenwick.com/home/news/fenwick-crest-golf-cart-flags-available-at-the-borough-office
a small version of the flag is sold specifically for golf carts.
