Seal

The seal is a black ring with the city name and incorporation year, along with the state name inscribed on it. in the center is a black curvy line which resembles an uppercase "R". This logo seemed to have been first introduced in late 2014.

Previous Seal

Prior to the current seal and logo, there was another seal used until it's relinquishment. The seal shows a simplistic scene of a sunset over a riverside, having a single lone tree by the water. above the scene is the city and state name. below the water is the incorporation date.
