Description of the flag

The flag of the Town of Foster, Rhode Island, consists of a white field with the town seal on it. The seal consists of the town shield - three posthorns, one being divided from the other two by a green chevron. "TOWN OF" above and "FOSTER" below the shield. The circle and the lines of the shield are green, and the horns and lettering are black.
