Description of the flag

Here is the story about the newly adopted Natrona County, Wyoming, flag, dated 21.12.2011:

"The Natrona County flag features the county seal in white on a royal blue background, with "Natrona County, Wyo." in yellow letters. The push for a local flag began this fall when Converse County Clerk Lucile Taylor contacted her peers around the state, asking them for county flags to display during the centennial of the Wyoming State Fair next August. Natrona County, like 20 of the state's 23 counties, didn't have a flag other than a yellow banner - bearing the words "Natrona County Commissioners" -- carried by a cowgirl during the College National Finals Rodeo in June. County Clerk Renea Vitto did some research and learned the county did have a flag at one time, but it exists only in memories without even a picture of it. So the county commissioners asked Clerk Renea Vitto to use the county seal, she spoke with people at Bar-D Signs, and came back with some ideas for colors. These designs didn't make the cut: white seal on a red field; yellow seal on a green field; blue seal with a white field; and an all-white seal on a blue field. Vitto recently showed a picture of the final choice to the commissioners, who gave their approval and gave her the go-ahead to order two 3-foot by 5-foot flags. The total cost probably will be around $700 for the two double-sided flags: one to hang in the commissioners' meeting room, and one for traveling to events such as the CNFR and the Wyoming State Fair. Wednesday, Taylor said all counties will be submitting flags for the state fair. The flags will be on display on light poles during Aug. 11-17, and then placed on a float for parade day on Aug. 18, she said."

From this story we learned three things:
1. That Wyoming counties had yellow banners as representation for them.
2. That Natrona County once had a flag, now unknown. and,
3. That all Wyoming counties now have proper flags.
