The Buffalo Bills are a professional American football team playing in Buffalo, New York. The Bills are members of the American Football Conference (AFC) East division, part of the National Football League (NFL). The team plays their home games at New Era Field in Orchard Park, New York.
During their AFL years the team won two consective championships in 1964 and 1965. However, since the 1970 merger of the National Football League (NFL) and the American Football League (AFL), and the advent of the Super Bowl, the Bills have only made it to the Super Bowl four times (1990, 1991, 1992, 1993), but have never won.

The Bills began as a member of the American Football League (1960-1969) and this red buffalo was their logo between 1962 and 1973. The flag had the AFL logo on the lower right hand corner of the fly.
