The Annisquam Yacht Club, http://www.annisquamyc.org, is a yacht club in Massachusetts, some 3 miles North of Gloucester, on the Annisquam River.
The club is listed in Lloyd's Register of American Yachts for 1903-4, as organised in 1896 and incorporated in 1899. Its burgee is pictured there as a triangle, ca. 10:19, divided by a white falling diagonal stripe, under 30 degrees, with its hoistward border at the bottom edge, and its flyward border at the top edge both 3/4th of the length of the hoist out from the hoist, with the field blue at the hoist and red at the fly.

In the 1917 edition off Lloyd's, this has changed to a ca. 2:3 triangle, with the stripe starting at top hoist, and its flyward border at the top edge half the length of the hoist out from the hoist, and the hoistward panel now very dark blue.
Judging by the logo on the club's website, I'd say that the older drawing was actually closer, but I didn't see a photograph or drawing of the actual burgee.
