The Gibson Island Yacht Squadron, apparently in Maryland, U.S., has a white triangular burgee with a black cross and the Crossland arms on the honor canton.

At burgees in the club under number S-5 there is a photo of a real flag; compare with the logo at the official website: giys.gibsonisland.com.
