Estb: 1953. Location (Original): South Riverside Drive, Neptune City.
Burgee: Pennant circa 6:8 (print image). White field charged with four blue equally-spaced chevronels turned 90 degrees to fly point.

The "Shark River Yacht Club" is now apparently a marina and venue, while the yacht club using this design (https://www.sharkriver.org) is now "Shark River Beach & Yacht Club", or "Shark River Hills Beach & Yacht Club" if The Coaster is to be believed:
