The Pan Africanist Congress (PAC) has a green flag (the same green as on the ANC and IFP flags). The PAC logo, featuring a map of Africa with the star in the place where Ghana is located to represent Ghana as being the first sub-Saharan African state to achieve independence in the 20th century, is in the middle of a green field. There are a number of golden rays radiating from the "star" across the continent. The PAC flag has no white in it and is exclusively, black, gold and green.

The PAC is a small radical leftwing black nationalist party that broke
away from the ANC in 1959 in protest at the ANC's domination by the
South
African Communist Party.

A different flag design, with the smaller emblem in canton, is shown on a
banner which was originally used in the anti-apartheid protests in London,
United Kingdom in the 1980s which can be seen in this
photograph. As the use of such flags has not been verified with
no photos so far, the design should be considered a flagoid for now.
