Koombana Bay Sailing Club (KBSC) is located at Anchorage Cove, Bunbury.
The Rules and By-laws of KBSC, last revised March 2003, prescribe the club's burgee and officers' flags as follows:
"8.10 Burgees and Officers' Flags
8.10.1 The Club's burgee shall be a royal blue pennant with gold cross with an upright entwined gold anchor in the upper canton at the hoist and shall be at least two hundred and thirty millimetres by five hundred and thirty millimetres*.
8.10.2 The ensign of the Club shall be the red ensign of the Commonwealth of Australia.
8.10.3 The Commodore's flag shall be the Club's burgee swallow-tailed.
8.10.4 The Vice Commodore's flag shall be similar to the Commodore's with one white disc in the lower canton.
8.10.5 The Rear Commodore's flag shall be similar to the Commodore's with two white discs in the lower canton.
8.10.6 The Past Commodore's flag shall be similar to the Commodore's with a white cross in the lower canton.
8.10.7 No officer's flag shall be displayed on any yacht in the absence of the officer concerned.
[...]
8.12 Club Badges
8.12.1 The Club badge shall be the Club burgee, surrounded by a gold laurel wreath and surrounded by the letters K.B.S.C.
[...]"
* There must be a minor mistake here because the burgee shown on the front page of the rules and by-laws has 1:2 proportions.
