About the Flag

A horizontal tricolour dark green-red-dark green, overlain by a deep yellow diamond, extending to the edges of the flag, and bearing  a central light blue disk, showing a smoking brick chimney in front of three black cog wheels, half of one large wheel on the hoist side, half of two interlocking wheels on the fly side.
