A yellow flag with a blue central disk bearing a sprig of cotton and the word MUNICIPIO.

No official website found. The flag is shown on the Wikipedia Commons at http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Bandeira_Saomamede.jpg and at http://www.portalsaomamede.com/2010/12/sao-mamede-flor-do-seculo-xviii.html. The latter seems to be an unofficial portal about São Mameda.
