Loughran (1979) shows a
Canadian-style red-white-red flag, in center red "RO RO" on white within red
arrows, one up, one down.

'RORO' is the general abbreviation, in fact it has become an accepted
acronym, for RollOn/RollOff marine transportation, in which large heavy goods
vehicles are driven aboard a ship at Port X and after a sea voyage are offloaded
at Port Y by being driven off.
