The flag is still dark blue, but the logo is in the shape of a letter C,
infilled with two green hills and blue skies.

an article from April 2015 is about the new flag:

The
flag features the new logo on a familiar blue background, which was preferred
over a white background.
CAO Steve Sage brought a recommendation for the
flag design to council March 25 in keeping with the implementation of the
branding process completed last year.
Sage said 50 flags have been
ordered and as time permits, they will be hoisted at municipal facilities,
beginning with the fire halls and arenas.

Clearview township is a sub-county municipality in Southern Ontario. The
township is relatively young; created in 1994 out of 4 former municipalities.
Special thanks to Tiffany Thompson for flag info.
Flag Inquiry Response:
In response to your inquiry, the Township of Clearview does have an official
flag. I do not have a template of the flag available but the flag is fairly
simple consisting of a dark blue background with the Township logo placed in the
centre.
