The site at https://mariskarichters.com/2010/10/22/canadian-olympic-committee-receives-funding-of-5m-annually-for-5-years/ might show an earlier logo on a white flag. https://www.vernonmorningstar.com/news/golden-event confirms the
pattern. It was around roughly in 2013/2014 when the logo was modified if https://paralympic.ca/reports-and-publications can be judged correctly.
