A few days ago I read the news about the Chinese planning to send a man to space. The article included this picture where we can see, besides the red flags with what I guess are slogans, a blue flag that I couldn't identify. I searched the China webpages to no avail. Below the inscription in Chinese there is another one in English, where I could read "CENTER OF". The logo doesn't correspond to those of the China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, the China National Space Administration or any other entity that that I have probed.

Please note that its badge and all other elements are white on the blue flag.
