Shield Azure, a triangle Argent over a cogwheel issuant Argent, superimposing two grain ears Or in fan, chief Argent charged with three heraldic roses Gules in fess, seeded Or and barbed Vert.
Meaning:
The roses are taken from the family arms of the Counts of Törring, who ruled castle and district as vassals of the Bishops of Bamberg between 1567 and 1630 and again since 1721. Triangle, cogwheel and ears are representing industries, crafts and agriculture as main business lines.
