Shield Argent a stag rampant Gules, in dexter base a heraldic rose of the same.
Meaning:
The red stag was taken from the municipal arms of Köfering, which had been incorporated in 1964. Originally he was part of the arms of the Alhardt family, who played an important role in the iron industry of the Upper Palatinate and operated a hammer mill in Haselmühl. The rose is taken from the arms of the former municipality of Gärmersdorf and is derived from the arms of the Hegner kin, who owned the Moos Estate between 1526 and 1622.
