Description of coat of arms:
On the base of a silver (= white) shield is a green hill with two green beech trees. Before the trees is a red stag forcene, armed golden (= yellow).
Meaning:
The trees are symbolizing the Schönbuch, a local forest. The literal translation of the name is "beautiful beech trees". The stag is symbolizing the riches of deer within that forest.

The banner was approved on 4 November 1974 by minister of interior of Baden-Württemberg, published in GABl 706/1975. The coat of arms was adopted by the local council on 20 January 1931.
