Shield Argent, a candlestick proper flanked by two models of firs Vert.
Meaning:
The candlestick is shaped like a crowned angel in local full dress. Candlestick and firs are referring to the local crafts of woodworking, especially the production of decorative articles of daily use but also wooden toys and christmas decorations.

Waldkirchen Coat of Arms

Shield Argent, a church of the same fimbriated Sable with roofs Sable, flanked by two firs Vert, in base an embowed cloth Azure charged with two tools Argent in saltire.
Meaning:
Waldkirchen nowadays is a part of Grünhainichen Municipality. Church and firs are canting elements, representing a church (German: Kirche) in a wood (German: Wald), represented by the firs. The lower half is referring to the local production of blue pigments.
