Description of banner:
In a blue shield is a silver (= white), bendy plough share. The shield has a golden (= yellow) chief superimposed by a black attire.

Description of coat of arms:
It is a white - blue vertical bicolour. The coat of arms is shifted to the top.
Meaning:
The attire reminds on the fact that the village belonged to Old-Württemberg. The plough share is symbolizing the rural environment and agriculture as main business line. Some say, it could be found on the municipality's boundary stones.

Banner and coat of arms were approved on 11 July 1973 by minister of interior of Baden-Württemberg, published in GABl 1082/1973. The coat of arms is in use since about 1930.
