Shield Azure, under a fess wavy Argent three loafs of bread Or ordered 2:1, chief Argent charged with a coronet Gules.
Meaning:
The tinctures blue and white are symbolising the affiliation with the Bavarian court district of Kranzberg until the 19th century. The coronet is a differentiation of the arms of the Bishopric of Freising, i.e. the negro head was omitted. Bishopric and chapter had been the most important local manorial lords in the past. The golden loafs, usually denoted as balls or apples, are an attribute of St. Nicolas, the local patron saint. The fess wavy is a representation of the name giving Langenbach, a creek.

The banner has never been approved officially. The arms were approved on 9 April 1981 by district governor (Regierungspräsident) of Oberbayern.
