Shield Or, a vulture Sable tongued Gules, standing on an attire Azure in fess.
Meaning:
The arms are connecting elements from the arms of former rulers. The attire is alluding to the Landgraves of Nellenburg, who had the high level cognisance until 1806. The vulture is alluding to the arms of the Knights of Ebinger von der Burg, local rulers from 1672 until 1790.

The arms were adopted by the municipality in 1897. The banner probably had never been approved officially.
