Coat of Arms

The shield is parted per chevron embowed, above in a field Azure a can Or at dexter and hammer and mallet in saltire at sinsiter, beneath in a field Or a lion's head Azure tongued Gules, accompanied by five billets Azure.
Meaning:
Hammer and mallet are representing mining. The lions head with shingles is a modification of the arms of Nassau.
