Shield quartered of Vert and Or; in 1st quarter a throughout cross patty indented ( but with saw teeth) Argent; in 2nd quarter a lion rampant Azure, armed and tongued Gules, surrounded by seven billets Gules; in 3rd quarter a lion issuant Azure, armed and tongued gules; in 4th quarter a heraldic rose Argent seeded Gules.
Meaning:
According to Ralf Hartemink the arms are a combination of the arms of of former Beilstein Municipality (2nd quarter) and former Ulm Municipality (3rd quarter). Stadler 1967, p.41 displays completely different arms.
