Shield parted per pale; at dexter parted per fess, above Vert a plough Argent, beneath Gules a thrice nailed nettle leaf Argent; at sinister Argent a winding tower issuant Sable.
Meaning:
The nettle leaf is symbolising that the village belongs to Schaumburg County. The plough is symbolising agriculture as main business line. The tower is alluding to the local coal mine, in which stone coal had been dug between 1911 and 1960.
