Shield parted per pale, at dexter Argent a linden branch Gules with five leaves in bend, at sinister Azure an axe Argent in pale pointing to flanch.
Meaning:
The sinister half is taken from the arms of the Barons of Degenberg. The family had pawned the Lordship of Weißenstein, to which Langdorf belonged, in 1324 from the Dukes of Bayern and practised all important rights of sovereignty until 1602. The axe is referring to the fact that Langdorf had been established by forest clearance around 1300. The tinctures blue and white are stressing the close relationships to the Wittelsbach kin.

The banner probably is used without approval. The arms were approved on 21 December 1962 by Minister of Interior of Bayern.
