Shield Argent a sword Gules and a crozier Gules in saltire, over all a watering can Azure.
Meaning:
The can is a differentiation of the arms of the local Holzheimer kin, whose family arms displayed three cans. In the 15th century the local district (Bavarian: Hofmark) was acquired by the Benedictine Mittelmünster St. Paul Nunnery in Regensburg, who ruled the district with interruptions until 1588. The sword is an attribute of its name giver St. Paul, the crozier is an attribute of St. Wolfgang of Regensburg. It was furthermore part of the seals of the abbesses.
