Description of coat of arms:
On the base of a red shield is a green hill. On the hill stands a silver (= white) tower's ruin. A silver (= white) snake with a black zig-zag bordure, crowned golden (= yellow) is winding out of the door.
Meaning:
The ensemble is displaying an urban legend that a snake is guarding a treasure, which is hidden in the tower.
