Shield Argent a fleur-de-lis Vert, chief Gules charged with an impending Greek cross Argent between two impending pallets Argent.
Meaning:
The fleur-de-lis is taken from an old village seal, which displayed St. Gabriel, the local patron saint. The fleur-de-lis is his attribute. The chief is representing the village of Neidenberga. The tinctures are derived from the arms of the Lords of Obernitz, who had their estate in the village, whereas the cross and pallets are symbolising a large stone cross, which had been found in the village.
