Description of coat of arms:
In a silver(=white) field are three red leaves of a water-lily ordered two above one. The chief shows two golden(=yellow) bees ordered horizontally in a red field.
Meaning:
According to source the leaves are symbolizing the lords of Ladbergen. The bees are symbolizing bee-farming. Ladbergen had been famous for its honeys and had to pay honey as some kind of tax to the abbey of Freckenhorst.
