Shield parted per pale, at dexter Or on a demi-triplemount Vert a demi-hen Sable armed gules, both couped per pale, at sinister Gules a barley ear Argent.
Meaning:
The tinctures of the sinister half are those of the Bishopric of Würzburg, the dexter half displays a differentiation of the arms of the Counts of Henneberg. The barley ear is symbolising the many local breweries and the cultivation of high quality barley as raw material for beer.
