Küssaberg Coat of Arms

Shield Argent, issuant from base a mount Vert, charged with a fess wavy Argent, parted by a barrulet wavy Sable, on top of the mount a castle Gules.
Meaning:
Dangstetten, Kadelburg, Küßnach, Reckingen and Rheinheim merged on 1 January 1973. Bechtersbohl was incorporated in 1975. The name of the new municipality was taken from Küssaberg Castle, seat of a namesake lordship. Nearly all villages of the current municipality belonged to that lordship. The fess wavy is symbolising the Rhine.

Banner and arms were approved on 21 April 1975 by Minister of Interior of Baden-Württemberg, published in GABl 707/1975. The tincture of the mount was changed to green and the corrected arms were confirmed on 19 October 1983 by the county administration.
