It is a white flag divided by two horizontal light blue stripes. In the centre of the flag is a roundel surmounted by a white annulet of the same colour. The canton is a white square fimbriated blue containing red capitals "B R" over "G".

It was similar to the current flag (see above). The horizontal stripes were nearer to both edges. The roundel in the centre was smaller and the canton is divided by a cross-voided with a red inscription; "B" (upper hoist), "R" (upper fly), "G" (in centre of cross), "18"" (lower hoist) and "84"(lower fly).

The flag was white with six navy blue lozenges ordered 3:3 in centre.
