Established: 18th May 1909.
Description of flag: It is nearly the same as the old state flag of
Oldenburg. It is a blue flag with a red centred
cross. There are added white dotted capital letters "O." (upper hoist),
"R." (upper fly), "V." (lower hoist) and "O." (lower fly).
