It is a red over white horizontal bicolour with a black inscription "M.Sch.G." in the centre. The company was also known as Mindener Schleppschiffahrts AG in 1928.

It is a white flag with a red stripe at top- and bottom-edge. In the white stripe is something, which could be the greater arms of the city of Straßburg. Two reguardant silver (= white) lions, at least I believe they are lions are supporting a silver (=white) shield divided by a red bend. The whole is placed either upon a scroll or a basement.

The red flag has a white bordure. In the centre is a white 5-point star. I don't know, whether this company has to do something with J.H.Grell.
