The flag of ODAC features the agency's logo centered on a white field. The logo shows three arrows moving in a counterclockwise direction, likely representing a process flow. The first and third arrows are a brownish gold color, with the central arrow is blue. The name of the agency is spelled out in blue capital letters making a semi-circle above the arrows, with the acronym is below the arrows in larger blue letters. Photos of the flag can be seen here, here, and here.

The Organismo Dominicano de Acreditación (ODAC, Dominican Accreditation Agency) was created in July 2012 under Law 166-12, along with INDOCAL and PRO CONSUMIDOR. ODAC is the only part of the Dominican Republic government with the power to accredit inspection organizations and conduct certification, testing and calibration of laboratories. The agency has influences in the Ministry of Public Works, Ministry of Public Health, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Industry and Commerce, and Ministry of the Environment.
