Falko Schmidt, 30 June 2007
The flag of Guachapala is composed of a rectangle of 1 meter in length on 50
centimeters in width, divided into two equal parts. The upper part is light
yellow, representing the abundance of crops grown on the territory, while the
lower part is alfalfa green, representing the diverse vegetation found in
fields. At hoist is a celestial blue triangle, symbolizing the color of the sky,
bordered by an electric blue stripe and charged in the center by a white
six-pointed star representing the union of God and mankind.
