At <www.turismoguayas.com> (defunct), the descriprion on the flag of Palestine is different of <www.guayas.gov.ec>.

The text say at <www.turismoguayas.com> (defunct): The flag has a stripe of yellow color, and in frame in the upper left part there are three stripes: the first, a wider one, of yellow color; the second one is white and the third is red and both have same width.
